These Terms apply when a company, its authorized users, or a marketplace visitor uses YASTRAV. A signed commercial agreement or order form takes priority where it expressly differs from these Terms.
1. The service
YASTRAV provides travel-company workflow, catalogue, booking, operational, document, reporting and accounting tools, together with a public marketplace discovery and enquiry service. Features available to a company depend on its subscription, configuration and permissions.
2. Company and user accounts
The subscribing company is responsible for authorized users, role assignments, accurate account information and safeguarding credentials. Users must act only for organizations and Customers they are authorized to represent.
3. Company data
The company retains responsibility for the business data it enters and for having a lawful basis to process Customer, traveler, passport, payment and communication information. YASTRAV processes that information to provide, secure, support and improve the subscribed service.
4. Marketplace
Marketplace listings are published and controlled by participating travel companies. Unless a separate checkout service is expressly shown, YASTRAV facilitates discovery and enquiries; the provider remains responsible for availability, accuracy, quotations, fulfilment, cancellations, refunds and required travel licences.
5. Subscriptions and payment
Plans may be monthly or annual. Prices, included usage, trial terms, renewal dates and taxes are stated in the applicable order or activation record. Access may be limited or suspended when payment remains overdue after reasonable notice.
6. Acceptable use
Users must not attempt unauthorized access, cross-company access, credential sharing, malware distribution, bulk unsolicited messaging, unlawful content publication, service disruption or circumvention of permissions and audit controls.
7. Availability and responsibility
We work to keep YASTRAV reliable and to protect Company separation and business history. Internet, hosting, third-party messaging, airline, payment and other external services may be unavailable. Each company should maintain appropriate operational review and business-continuity procedures.
8. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended for material security risk, unlawful use, non-payment or serious breach. Data export and retention arrangements at termination follow the applicable subscription agreement and legal requirements.
9. Changes
Material changes will be published with an updated effective date and, where appropriate, communicated to Company Administrators.
10. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be submitted through the YASTRAV contact page.
