Travel ERP

What is YASTRAV?+

YASTRAV combines a travel-company ERP with a public travel marketplace. The ERP connects customer records, optional quotations, bookings, service operations and finance. The marketplace lets participating companies publish selected catalogue services and receive enquiries.

Which travel businesses can use the ERP?+

Travel agencies, tour operators, destination management companies and travel service providers can use the same service-based workflow for visas, air tickets, accommodation, transport, activities and packages. Your company configures its branches, currencies and staff permissions.

Do I have to create a quotation before a booking?+

No. You can create a booking directly or use a quotation as the starting point. Quotation is an optional sales step, not a compulsory obstacle to recording a confirmed customer request.

Can one booking contain several travelers and services?+

Yes. A customer's booking can contain multiple travelers and passport entries, plus multiple service lines. Flight lines can include several itinerary segments, and accommodation lines can represent separate hotel stays.

How does multi-currency pricing work?+

Service cost and selling values can use different currencies and exchange rates. Keep the supplier cost separate from the customer selling price, review conversion into the booking currency and verify the rate before posting. Amounts in different currencies should not be added without conversion.

Can I receive customer money without selecting an invoice?+

Yes. The finance workflow supports account-based receipt, payment and journal vouchers as well as invoice-related settlements. A receipt records the customer or receiving account and the destination bank or cash account. Invoice allocation is useful when you need document-level settlement.

Are service costs the same as operating expenses?+

No. Travel service costs are direct costs of delivering booked services, such as hotel procurement or air tickets. Operating expenses cover running the business, such as office expenses. Separating these categories makes gross margin and operating results easier to interpret.

Can my staff have different branch and role access?+

Yes. Company Administrators manage staff or customer-linked accounts, role permissions and branch access. A customer-linked account is limited to its customer scope. Check the final permission set before sharing a login.

Is the phone app available through an app store?+

YASTRAV uses an installable web app (PWA), not a separate native app-store download. Open the secure app site in a supported browser and use Install or Add to Home Screen. Browser and phone capabilities differ; installation does not make the ERP fully offline.

Will phone notifications work immediately after signup?+

In-app notifications and phone push are different. Phone push requires server configuration, an active subscription on the device and your permission. WhatsApp automation additionally needs the configured worker and company connection. Confirm these integrations during onboarding rather than assuming they are active.

What subscriptions can I request?+

Launch is PKR 5,000 monthly or PKR 50,000 annually for up to 20 active staff accounts. Growth is PKR 12,500 monthly or PKR 125,000 annually for up to 50 active staff accounts. Customer portal accounts are excluded from staff limits. Marketplace access is included in all plans. Scale is quoted around your requirements. Marketplace Free is for listing and enquiry access only, initially at no cost, subject to company approval and activation. Taxes and final terms are confirmed before activation.

Can a marketplace-only company use finance or bookings?+

Marketplace-only access is intended for catalogue publishing and managing listing enquiries, not the full booking, customer accounting or finance workspace. Request a paid ERP plan when you need those workflows. The owner reviews and activates your access.

Marketplace

What can I find on the YASTRAV marketplace?+

Browse travel packages, hotel services, visas, air travel services, transport and activities published by participating companies. The available listings depend on what each provider has chosen to publish; a catalogue record is not automatically a public listing.

Does an enquiry confirm my booking?+

No. Sending an enquiry connects you with the listing provider. Availability, final price, inclusions, payment, cancellation terms and confirmation must be agreed with that provider. Do not treat an enquiry receipt as a ticket or booking confirmation.

How should I compare hotel offers?+

Compare the city, hotel identity, room or bed basis, occupancy, dates, nights, meals, transport inclusions and currency. Ask whether the rate is per bed, per room, per night or a total stay amount. A sharing bed is not the same product as a private double room.

How should I compare travel packages?+

Check the travel dates, traveler count, itinerary, flights, accommodation, transport, activities, visa handling, exclusions and cancellation conditions. Compare total payable amounts in the same currency, not just the headline price.

Does a published visa service guarantee approval?+

No. A provider's visa assistance service is not a guarantee of approval by the destination authority. Ask the provider about eligibility, required documents, service scope, expected processing and refund conditions before proceeding.

Who handles payment, refunds and service delivery?+

The company publishing the service is responsible for its offer and fulfillment. Unless a separate checkout is explicitly shown, agree payment and refund arrangements with the provider. Keep written confirmation and supporting receipts.

Will internal ERP records appear publicly?+

Only selected, published listing information is intended for public display. Internal supplier costs, staff notes, traveler passports and customer ledgers are not marketplace content. Providers should review public descriptions and images before publishing.

Can a company pause a public listing?+

Yes. Company publishing controls let authorized users manage listing visibility. Pause a listing when it is no longer available and review enquiries already received. Public publishing should follow actual availability, not an outdated internal catalogue.

How can my travel company start publishing?+

Submit a company request and choose Marketplace Free for listing-only access, or a paid ERP plan for connected business workflows. The owner reviews the request and activates the company. Publish accurate service descriptions, images and enquiry contact information.

How do I report an unclear or outdated listing?+

Contact the publishing provider using the listing enquiry form with the service reference and what needs clarification. For platform-related issues, use the YASTRAV contact page. Do not send passport or payment details in a public description.

Are the prices shown final?+

Read the price basis and currency on each listing. Dates, traveler count, availability, taxes or optional services may change the final quotation. Ask the provider to confirm the complete price and inclusions in writing.

Can I search by location and service type?+

Yes. The directory provides service-type and location filters, with category and subcategory options where published listings support them. Start broadly, then narrow the results to compare relevant offers.
