Install and use the YASTRAV travel ERP web app
Understand phone installation, sign-in, connectivity and notification permissions without mistaking a PWA for an offline native app.
Open the secure app site
Visit app.yastrav.com in a supported browser. Sign in with the company-approved username or email and password. Installation is available only when the site's browser and hosting requirements are met.
Install on your phone
On a supported Android browser, use the browser's install action when offered. On iPhone or iPad, use Safari's Share menu and Add to Home Screen where supported. The exact wording depends on your device and browser version.
Understand connectivity
The home-screen icon opens the same permission-controlled ERP. Cached app-shell assets can improve loading, but live company data, saving records and finance actions require a working connection. Do not assume that a previously visible balance is current when offline.
Set up notifications deliberately
Grant phone notification permission only on your own device. Phone push also needs server configuration and a registered device subscription. Company WhatsApp automation is a separate integration, not something installed by adding the PWA icon.
Keep shared devices safe
Sign out before handing the device to someone else. YASTRAV's device notification ownership checks prevent a previous account's subscription from being shown as enabled for a different account. Never share a staff login as a substitute for assigning proper roles.
If setup is unavailable
Ask your Company Administrator to confirm your account, permissions and the configured app address. Browser capability and hosting services must be tested on a real phone during onboarding; a desktop preview does not prove phone push delivery.
